By using this dating product you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and meet any minimum age required for dating services where you live.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
- Post sexually explicit or pornographic content.
- Post hateful, discriminatory, or abusive content.
- Post violent or threatening content.
- Post spam, scams, commercial solicitation, or illegal content.
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or private data.
We may use automated tools to detect violations of these rules. Repeated violations may result in restrictions on your account, including temporary or permanent limits on messaging and/or profile editing, up to suspension.
We may also remove access and review reports submitted through the in-app Report flow. Automated enforcement is in addition to community reports, not a replacement for them.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a license to host, display, and process it to operate matching, messaging, and content safety checks.
Account termination
You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as is during the pilot. Matching suggestions are automated and not guarantees of compatibility or safety.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the draft until legal review is complete.
